We collaborate with you to develop a customized personal letter, which is handwritten by our team and mailed to the targeted list you created. The letter references The Martis Team as your realtor. Homeowners respond by calling or texting and The Maris Team is notified and immediately responds, qualifies the seller to ensure they are serious about selling, and then schedules a preview tour of their home. 

If we preview a home that checks all the boxes, and have successfully found your perfect home without competing against any other buyers. In our experience, we have found that homeowners are more open to this way of selling their home. It's somewhat similar to a for sale by owner, except the seller is provided with professional representation as well which means all parties are comfortable knowing their interests are protected.
